This is just a problem of administrative rights to this permission. The program needs to be given permission to access this root. The best way to work with this program is to give it full admin power.

I am also getting dependency errors in Ubuntu 12.04 installation. So is there any official packages for Ubuntu 12.04? I don’t really know how to compile the software from the binary files. Can somebody help me here?
