Topic: Problem after latest Debian openssl-update

Hello,

After updating the openssl/openssh package on my Debian 4.0 box I can't log in via MySecureShell
any longer. I have restartet MySecureShell and the sshd und also recompiled MySecureShell 1.0.

If I try to log in, all seems to be well, I got the "last login:..." message but after that got no shell-prompt.
If I type blindly "ls" for example, the following lines showup in the fstp-logfile:

---------------------------------------------snip--------------------------------------------
2008-05-29 11:21:02 [27751][infoquest][xxx.yyy.zz]Error: message is too long (1684632074)
2008-05-29 11:21:02 [27751][infoquest][xxx.yyy.zz]Quit.
---------------------------------------------snap-------------------------------------------
After that, the connection is terminated.

"sftp-verif" says that all is ok.

Any  ideas?

Thanks & best regards,
  Sidi

Re: Problem after latest Debian openssl-update

Hello,

Your sftp client seems to send wrong information to MySecureShell neutral.

Which sftp client are you using ?

Best regards,
MySecureShell Team.
